This Privacy Policy explains how NYRON AI INC ("Nyron AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States, with its registered address at 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, USA, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you access or use our website, platform, AI-powered services, digital playbooks, software tools, collaboration workspaces, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

We process such content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Services, improving product functionality, ensuring security, and maintaining platform operations.

We do not use private customer content to train third-party AI foundation models. We also do not use private customer content to train Nyron-owned models unless the customer has explicitly agreed or opted in.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or metadata-level information to improve service reliability, security, product functionality, and user experience.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to upload or submit any content processed through the Services.

D. MCP Connections (ChatGPT, Claude) and Diagnostic Records

When you connect Nyron to an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, that assistant processes the material you provide in its own environment and sends Nyron the arguments of Nyron tools. These arguments are sent to and stored on Nyron’s servers. They include:

The MCP tools do not request your entire chat history or the assistant’s memory.

Who can see this data. You see it in the conversation where you run the playbook, and in your Nyron account for methods saved there. The author of a published method and the collaborators they invite see the runs of that method: the answers and choices saved at each step and an approximate location (country and city) of the run. They do not see your account name or email address unless you include them in your answers. Nyron administrators can access this data for support and security.

How long we keep it. A method built without a Nyron account is deleted 30 days after it was last used, unless it is saved to an account. The runs of a playbook — step objects, your answers, choices and the resulting document — are deleted 30 days after the last saved step. A method saved to an account is kept until its owner deletes it.

How to view and delete it. Your answers are shown in the conversation as each step is saved. Account owners see their methods and the runs of their methods in the Nyron workspace and can delete a method there; deleting a method also deletes its published copies and the runs saved for them. Without an account, the data is deleted automatically on the schedule above; to have it deleted earlier, or to receive a copy, write to mail@nyron.ai with the method or playbook name and the approximate date of the conversation.

To investigate failures and provide support, Nyron also records tool request and response content, timestamps, processing duration, client identification, and error information. Recognized credentials and access capabilities are masked before diagnostic storage, and each request and response body is limited to 24,000 characters. Masking does not anonymize ordinary content: names, answers, and material excerpts may remain. Please do not include passwords or API keys in method content.

Direct access to these diagnostic records is restricted to administrative service access; the administration interface requires administrator authorization. Ordinary user accounts cannot directly read the diagnostic table. The configured cleanup period is described in Section 6.

For certain online purchases, an authorized third-party provider or merchant of record may process payment, tax, billing, refund, and compliance information.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, contractual, security, compliance, and operational purposes.

For MCP diagnostic records, the system is configured to run a daily cleanup that deletes records older than 14 days. Records may remain until the next successful cleanup. This configured period applies to the diagnostic table; it does not establish a deletion schedule for backup copies. Deleting a method does not itself delete its separate diagnostic records. For requests to access or delete personal information in these records, contact mail@nyron.ai.
